Offsite Labs
We now do labs offsite, due to CPL understaffing. If you have not been to Quest before, please request a lab slip next visit.
Closed on Mondays
The practice is now closed on Mondays, along with Tuesdays and weekends.

Offsite Calls
We have phone support available Monday thru Friday 8 am – 5 pm.
Payments
We only accept Mastercard and Visa. Mobile payments (e.g Apple/Google pay) with those cards are accepted.
Telemedicine Payments
We do payments through doxy for telemedicine visit, please keep your card nearby.
