You can use this page to pay off your medical balance online. Please only use this page if you got mail stating there was a balance, and type in the amount due at the bottom of the page. Please put patient name somewhere (either billing address or under an order note) so we can identify them. If unsure, just call (972) 899-2271 and pay over the phone.
